BMW M3 2014 (F80)

Description

This 2014 BMW 328i xDrive Sports Wagon was acquired by the selling dealer in 2024 and subsequently modified with F80 M3 bodywork as well as the drivetrain, wiring harness, interior, suspension, and brakes from a 2015 M3. Now rear-wheel drive, the car is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0L S55 inline-six linked to a seven-speed M DCT dual-clutch transmission and the electronically controlled Active M differential. The car was refinished in Mineral Grey Metallic over Black Speed cloth and features adaptive xenon headlights, 19″ Style 437M alloy wheels, cross-drilled disc brakes, heated power-adjustable front sport seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, and iDrive infotainment with navigation. This F31 is offered by the selling dealer with an accident-free Carfax report and a Michigan title. The M3’s front bumper cover, hood, front fenders, and adaptive xenon headlights were installed, the rear quarter panels were widened, and an M3 rear bumper cover was modified before the body was repainted Mineral Grey Metallic in 2024. Exterior details include Shadowline trim, roof rails, and a rear window wiper. The 19″ Style 437M alloy wheels were refinished and mounted with 255/35 front and 275/35 rear Michelin Pilot Sport tires. The M3’s steering and suspension components were also fitted, and the brakes were overhauled with blue-finished M-branded calipers fitted over cross-drilled rotors at each corner. The tie rods have been replaced. The Black Speed cloth sport seats were relocated into the wagon along with the carbon-fiber interior trim. The front seats are heated and power-adjustable, while the rear seats retain their folding functions. Appointments include driver’s seat position memory, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, and iDrive infotainment with navigation and a backup camera. The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel features paddle shifters and frames the M3’s gauge cluster, including a 200-mph speedometer and an 8,500-rpm tachometer as well as gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. Before the conversion, the 328i had just over 132k miles. The replacement M3 donor odometer indicates 63k miles, approximately 1k of which were added by the selling dealer. The M3’s twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter S55 inline-six was factory rated at 425 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque, and the M3’s wiring harness is also equipped. Fluid services were performed, and the Valvetronic actuator and eccentric shaft were replaced in January 2025. Power is sent to the rear wheels through the seven-speed M DCT dual-clutch transmission and the electronically controlled Active M differential from the M3, from which the exhaust system and subframes were also sourced.
