• Make multiple accounts
• Pretend our data came from somewhere else
• Build a competing service with our data
• Do anything illegal (should go without saying)

4. About Our Data

We work hard to keep our information accurate, but cars are complicated and things change. Here's what you should know:

• MSRP prices are historical – they're what the manufacturer suggested, not what you'll pay today
• Specs can vary by market and model year
• We're not giving investment advice
• Always verify information before making big decisions

5. Who Owns What

All the vehicle images, manufacturer logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners. We use them for informational purposes under fair use.

Our platform design, the way we organize data, and our original content? That's ours. Don't copy it.

Your account data and preferences belong to you. We just have permission to use them to run the service.

We have rate limits to keep things running smoothly for everyone:
