Description
This 2013 BMW M3 is one of 200 Lime Rock Editions produced and is powered by a 4.0-liter S65 V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. The seller leased the car new and purchased it after the term expired in 2015. Each Lime Rock Edition car was optioned with Fire Orange paint and the Competition Package, as well as carbon exterior trim, a titanium exhaust, and more. This example is fitted with a black Novillo leather interior, and is also equipped with power-adjustable and heated seats, navigation, a power rear sunshade, and retractable headlight washers. Now showing 84k miles, this E92 M3 is offered with its window sticker, two keys, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name. All Lime Rock Editions were finished in Fire Orange (U94), and features include a carbon fiber roof panel, front splitter, and rear spoiler. The seller states that a previous fender bender resulted in the replacement of the rear bumper, though the incident is not listed on the Carfax report. A walk-around video has been provided here. Factory 19″ Y-spoke alloy wheels wear Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires measuring 245/35 on the front and 265/35 out back. The Competition Package fitted to all Lime Rock Editions also included lowered suspension and Dynamic Damper Control with three electronically adjustable settings. The cabin is trimmed in black Novillo extended leather, and the added Premium package features power-adjustable seats, a power rear sunshade, park distance control, navigation, and more. The optioned Cold Weather package added a ski bag, heated front seats, and retractable headlight washers. Factory instrumentation consists of a 200-mph speedometer, a 9k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. Just under 84k miles are shown on the odometer. A video of the gauges functioning with the engine revving can be seen here. The 4.0L S65 V8 was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, and drives the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. An oil and filter change was performed at BMW Irvine in November 2019. An Inconel-titanium exhaust system reportedly saves 20 pounds over the standard unit and is fitted with quad stainless exhaust tips. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery. The window sticker lists factory options, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $84,145.00. The Carfax report shows registration history in California after being sold new in Oregon. The seller notes that he leased the car from new and then purchased it. The seller has provided walk-around videos with the engine idling above and below.
