BMW M3 Competition 2013 (E93 LCI)

Description

This 2013 BMW M3 convertible is finished in Melbourne Red Metallic over Black Novillo leather and is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. Equipment includes the Premium and Cold Weather packages along with a limited-slip differential, a retractable hardtop, xenon headlights, and 19″ forged wheels. The car also has rear Park Distance Control, heated front seats, navigation, and a premium sound system. Acquired by the seller in 2019, this E93 M3 has 48k miles and is now offered with an owner’s manual, a Carfax report, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name. The car is finished in Melbourne Red Metallic (A75) and features a retractable hardtop and adaptive xenon headlights as well as rain-sensing wipers, retractable headlight washers, power-folding side mirrors, rear Park Distance Control, and quadruple exhaust outlets. Carbon-fiber front splitters have been added. Damage is noted on the Carfax report in entries from 2016 and 2019. The seller tells us that the former incident was not disclosed to them or revealed in an inspection at the time of purchase, and that the latter resulted from paintwork being performed on the right rear quarter panel after hitting a garage door. The seller notes a paint nick on the rear bumper cover from being hit while parked in a lot, and there are some other scratches and spots of touch-up paint present. Photographs and videos showing the hardtop operating and in the lowered position are provided below. Forged 19″ Style 220 wheels were mounted with 245/35 front and 265/35 rear Michelin Pilot 4S tires in 2020. Braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. The seller notes that they flushed the brake fluid in March 2025. The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in Black Novillo leather, and Carbon Structure Leather trim accents the dashboard and doors. Amenities include driver seat position-memory settings, iDrive with navigation, a premium sound system, Comfort Access keyless entry, a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. The multifunction leather-wrapped steering wheel features paddle shifters along with tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 48k miles, approximately 6k of which were added under current ownership. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. A coolant system service was performed in June 2022, and the seller adds that they have changed the oil and filter annually under their ownership, most recently in March 2025. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. The Carfax report notes the aforementioned damage.
