Description
This 2012 BMW M3 coupe is finished in white over black leather and is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and an M variable locking differential. Equipment includes the Competition Package, a carbon-fiber roof, adaptive xenon headlights, power-adjustable and heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and navigation. The car was sold new by Sunflower BMW of Topeka, Kansas, and was acquired by the seller in May 2019. Subsequent service involved replacement of the rod bearings, FRM module, tires, and tire pressure monitoring system control unit and sensors. This E92 M3 shows 77k miles and is offered with two key fobs, a sunscreen, an M-branded storage tote, manufacturer’s literature, a window sticker, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Oklahoma title in the seller’s name. The car is finished in Alpinweiss III and features a carbon-fiber roof, adaptive xenon headlights with washers, a decklid spoiler, rain-sensing wipers, Comfort Access, Shadowline trim, power-folding side mirrors, and rear park distance control sensors. The finish and trim are pictured up close in the gallery below. Staggered-width 19″ Style 359 alloy wheels were refinished in June 2019 and are wrapped in 245/35 front and 265/35 rear Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires that show date codes from 2019. The car is equipped with cross-drilled rotors, and additional Competition Package-specific equipment includes a lowered ride height and retuned Electronic Damping Control (EDC) and stability control programs. The tire pressure monitoring system control unit and sensors were replaced in June 2020 by JOPAC Industries of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The cabin features power-adjustable and heated front seats trimmed in black Novillo leather along with carbon fiber-style trim accenting the matching dashboard. Amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, a CD stereo with satellite radio connectivity, navigation, and a rear sunshade. The FRM module was replaced in May 2019, and the driver’s seat bolster is said to have been re-dyed six months ago. A competition-stitched M-branded steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a variable tachometer. The digital odometer indicates 77k miles, approximately 5k of which were added by the seller. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The valve cover gaskets were replaced in February 2019, and the rod bearings and bolts were replaced in May 2019 by Edmond Motorwerks of Edmond, Oklahoma. Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and an M variable locking differential. The car is equipped with an aluminum front skid plate, and additional underside photos are available in the gallery below. The window sticker shows original delivery to Sunflower BMW of Topeka, Kansas, and lists factory colors, equipment, and a total price of $72,575. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and displays history in Texas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
