BMW M3 Competition 2012 (E92 LCI)

Description

This 2012 BMW M3 coupe was first registered in California and relocated to Texas in 2019 where the seller acquired it that same year, and they have since added approximately 38k of its 66k miles. Optioned with the Competition package, the car is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and is finished in Alpine White over black Novillo leather upholstery. Equipment includes the Premium Package, 19″ Style 359 wheels, a limited-slip differential, xenon headlights, a carbon-fiber roof panel, rear Park Distance Control, heated front seats, navigation, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control, while modifications include a Dinan exhaust, underdrive pulley, and ECU and DCT software. This E92 M3 is offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name. The car is finished in Alpine White (300) and features Shadowline trim and adaptive xenon headlights as well as rain-sensing wipers, carbon-fiber mirror caps, power-folding side mirrors, a carbon-fiber roof panel, a trunk lid spoiler, rear Park Distance Control, and quadruple exhaust outlets. The right headlight assembly was replaced in 2022, and the windshield molding was replaced in 2024. Braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. Wheel spacers are mounted out back, and the front brake pads and rotors were replaced and the brake fluid was changed in 2024. The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in black Novillo leather, and Carbon Structure Leather trim accents the dashboard and doors. Amenities include driver seat position-memory settings, iDrive with navigation, front and rear cameras, Comfort Access keyless entry, a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. A cupholder was replaced in 2024. The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel features paddle shifters along with tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 66k miles, approximately 38k of which were added under current ownership. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and it has been fitted with a Dinan underdrive pulley and ECU software. The DMTL pump and right valve cover gasket were replaced in 2022, and the air conditioning evaporator was replaced in 2024. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. A Tuner Motorsport skid plate and a Dinan exhaust system and transmission DCT software have been added. The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
