BMW M3 Competition 2011 (E92 LCI)

Description

This 2011 BMW M3 coupe is one of 30 Frozen Grey Edition examples built for the US market to commemorate the 25 anniversary of the E30 M3 launch in 1986. Specified with the Premium, Technology, and Competition Packages, it is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and is finished in Frozen Gray Metallic over Fox Red and Black Novillo leather. The car rides on black-finished 19″ multi-spoke alloy wheels and has a limited-slip differential, a K&N air intake assembly, adaptive xenon headlights, a carbon-fiber roof panel, rear Park Distance Control, heated front seats, and iDrive with navigation. The car was acquired by the seller in 2015 and was previously offered on BaT in October 2023. Now with under 14k miles, this E92 M3 is offered with a window sticker and a clean Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name. Finished in Frozen Grey Metallic, the car is equipped with Shadowline trim, adaptive xenon headlights, rain-sensing wipers, a carbon-fiber roof panel, a trunk lid spoiler, rear Park Distance Control, tinted taillights, and quadruple exhaust outlets. Paint protection film has been applied to the front end. A scratch is present on the left-rear quarter panel, and a scratch is noted on the rear bumper cover. Black-finished 19″ multi-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with 245/35 front and 265/35 rear Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Competition Package equipment includes a lowered ride height compared to the standard M3 as well as retuned Electronic Damping Control (EDC) and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). Braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in Fox Red and black Novillo leather, and Carbon Structure Leather trim accents the cabin. Appointments include iDrive with navigation, Comfort Access keyless entry, a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. Wear is visible on the driver’s seat outer bolster. The multifunction leather-wrapped steering wheel features paddle shifters along with tri-color stitching. Instrumentation includes an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates under 14k miles, approximately 4k of which were added under current ownership. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. A K&N air intake has been fitted. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. The Carfax report shows open recalls.
