BMW M3 2011 (E92 LCI)

Description

This 2011 BMW M3 coupe was sold new by BMW of Bayside in Douglaston, New York, and has since been registered in New York, where it was acquired by the seller in 2019. The car is finished in black over Palladium Silver Novillo leather, and power is provided by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional equipment includes a Meisterschaft titanium axle-back exhaust and Bilstein suspension as well as 19″ alloy Y-spoke wheels, aftermarket LED headlights, power-adjustable and heated front seats, Park Distance Control, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a glass sunroof. Service under current ownership included replacing the rod bearings and throttle actuators. This E92 M3 has 65k miles and is offered with a Carfax report, service records from current ownership, and a clean New York title in the seller’s name. The car is finished in Black (668) with Shadowline trim and features M3-specific bodywork, including widened fender arches and aerodynamic side skirts. Additional features include Park Distance Control, rain-sensing windshield wipers, a rear lip spoiler, and aftermarket LED headlights. A paint correction and ceramic coating was reportedly carried out in July 2021. The Carfax report shows an accident in May 2021 resulting in damage to the left-front of the car, and the seller notes cracked paint and a scratch on the right fender and bumper area that needs addressing. Y-spoke 19″ wheels are said to have been refinished in October 2021 and mounted with staggered-width Michelin Pilot Super Sport 4S tires that show date codes from 2021. The car is equipped with Dynamic Stability Control, and braking is provided by four-wheel discs featuring cross-drilled rotors with red-finished calipers. Bilstein shocks and springs have been added. The seller notes a bend in the front-right wheel. The cabin features seating surfaces upholstered in Palladium Silver Novillo leather, while carbon-look trim accents the dashboard and door panels. Amenities include heated front sport seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, navigation, cruise control, M3-branded door sill plates, an electric rear window sunshade, and an OEM-style short shifter. The passenger seatbelt presenter does not function properly, two switch blanks are missing on the center console, and wear is noted on the seat bolsters, driver’s door arm rest, and shift knob. The leather-wrapped multifunction M steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a variable redline, and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The digital odometer indicates 65k miles, approximately 8k of which were added by the seller. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features individual throttle bodies and was rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque when new. A PFI intake scoop has been added along with a Meisterschaft GT2 titanium axle-back exhaust system. The rod bearings were replaced by PetrolWerks Performance of Lindenhurst, New York, in 2019, which included installing WPC-coated OEM bearings and ARP hardware. Replacement throttle actuators with brass gears were also fitted under current ownership. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. There is currently a lien on the car, and the seller’s lender will need to be paid off before the title can be transferred to the new owner.
