Description
This 2011 BMW M3 coupe is powered by a replacement 4.2-liter CarBahn Autoworks V8 mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and is finished in Silverstone II Metallic over black and Palladium Silver Novillo leather. Equipment includes the Competition Package, a limited-slip differential, TC Kline suspension components, an H&R front sway bar, an aFe cold-air intake, a Dinan exhaust system, xenon headlights, a carbon-fiber roof panel and decklid lip spoiler, rear parking sensors, heated and power-adjustable front seats, automatic climate control, and iDrive infotainment with navigation. The car was acquired by the seller in October 2013 and work since 2021 has included installing the replacement engine and replacing the power steering pump and brake pads. This modified E92 M3 has 50k miles and is offered by the seller in Georgia with partial service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name. The car is finished in Silverstone II Metallic and is fitted with a carbon-fiber roof panel. Additional exterior details include xenon headlights, Shadowline trim, rear parking sensors, tinted glass, a carbon-fiber decklid lip spoiler, rear parking sensors, and black-finished quad exhaust outlets. Scrapes are present along the lower front bumper cover, and an area of weatherstripping along the top of the windshield has lifted. Competition Package 19″ Style 359 wheels are mounted with staggered-width Continental ExtremeContact DW Sport tires. A wheel stud conversion kit has been installed and an area of curb rash on the passenger-side rear wheel is depicted in the photo gallery below. Stopping power is provided by cross-drilled discs with red-finished calipers on all four corners. The suspension has been modified and features TC Kline lowering springs, adjustable dampers, and camber plates, and an H&R front sway bar. The EDC adjustable suspension is no longer functional. Work in 2022 is said to have included replacing the brake pads and a power steering pump. The interior is trimmed in black Novillo leather with Palladium Silver inserts on the seating surfaces, door panels, and center armrests. Carbon-look trim accents the dash and door panels, and additional appointments include heated and power-adjustable front seats, automatic climate control, iDrive infotainment with navigation, and a rear sun shade. A multi-function steering wheel features tri-color stitching and sits ahead of paddle shifters and frames a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a variable redline, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 50k miles, approximately 20k of which have been added by the seller. The rebuilt 4.2-liter S65 DOHC V8 was sourced from CarBahn Autoworks of San Jose, California, and features revised rod bearings and valve springs. It was installed by Harrison Motorsports of Atlanta, Georgia, in October 2021, approximately 4k miles ago, and the service invoice is shown in the gallery. An aFe cold-air intake and Dinan exhaust system have been fitted. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. The Carfax shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration history in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
