BMW M3 2010 (E92 LCI)

Description

This 2010 BMW M3 is finished in Silverstone Metallic II over Red Fox extended leather, and power is from a 4.0-liter V8 backed by a seven-speed paddle-shifted DCT gearbox. Additional features include 19″ Style 359 wheels, a black vinyl wrap on the roof and mirrors, a dark window tint, and a modified stock exhaust system. Recent maintenance under previous ownership consisted of an oil change and factory recalls in 2018, air conditioning repairs in January 2019, and more. The seller acquired the car two months ago and has driven approximately 500 of its 42k indicated miles since. This E92 M3 is offered with a car cover, partial records, the results of a May 2019 PPI, the balance of an aftermarket warranty, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name. The exterior is finished in Silverstone II Metallic (A29) and features a dark window tint, gloss black Shadowline window trim, and black 3M 1080 vinyl wrap on the roof and side mirror housings. Scratches are noted on the bottom of the front bumper and the passenger-side front skirt. Black-painted 19″ Style 359 M3 GTS-style wheels are wrapped in BFGoodrich g-Force Sport Comp 2 tires showing 2015 date codes. The tire pressure sensors are inoperable as noted on the May 2019 pre-purchase inspection report shown in the gallery below. Red Fox extended leather (NCH2) covers the heated front seats, armrests, and door panel inserts, while the dash is trimmed with carbon fiber. Cabin amenities include automatic climate control, navigation, and a factory stereo system. The digital odometer shows 42k miles, approximately 500 of which have been added under current ownership. The car is also equipped with rear Park Distance Control, Electronic Damping Control, and stability control with M Dynamic Mode. The driver’s airbag, blower motor wiring, and positive battery cable were replaced under a factory recall in July 2018. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque when new. The oil was changed at 40k miles in November 2018. The air conditioning evaporator was replaced and the system recharged in January 2019, and a new fuel filler cap was installed the following May. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed M-DCT gearbox and a variable locking differential. The seller states that a perforation modification has been performed on the stock exhaust system, and a video depicting the exhaust note after a cold start can be viewed here. The June 2019 Carfax report shows history in Florida since new with no accidents or other damage up to May 2019. The car is supplied with a cover and a Silver-Level service agreement from United States Warranty Corporation that is reportedly good up to January 2021 or 70k miles, whichever comes first.
