Description

This 2010 BMW M3 sedan is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission, and it was modified following the current owner’s acquisition in December 2017 with a VF supercharger kit, as well as a 2.5″ stainless-steel cat-back active exhaust system. Additional work under current ownership consisted of replacing the rod bearings, thermostat, fuel pump, idle control valve, fuel tank vent valve, throttle body actuators, and oxygen sensors. Finished in Space Grey Metallic over black Novillo leather, the car is equipped with 19″ forged Style 220 wheels, a limited-slip differential, xenon headlights, rear parking sensors, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. This E90 M3 has 77k miles on dealer consignment with service records, spare parts, a Carfax report, and a clean Colorado title in the owner’s name. The car is finished in Space Grey Metallic and features Shadowline trim and adaptive xenon headlights as well as rain-sensing wipers, a glass sunroof, a trunk lid spoiler, M-color grille inserts, rear parking sensors, tinted side and rear windows, and quadruple exhaust outlets finished in black. The Carfax report lists damage to the left side of the car in a July 2010 entry, and an October 2012 entry lists an accident that resulted in damage to the front and rear. The left rocker panel has been repainted, and the selling dealer states that the front and rear bumper covers were replaced under previous ownership. Forged 19″ Style 220 wheels are mounted with 245/35 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ front and 265/35 Michelin Pilot Super Sport rear tires. The car features Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). Braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. There are curb marks on the right-front and right-rear wheels, and close-up photos of tire sidewall damage are viewable in the gallery below. The power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in black Novillo leather, and Carbon Structure Leather trim accents the dashboard and doors. Amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, a CD stereo, aftermarket door speakers, and a cell phone mount to the left of the steering wheel. The Carfax report indicates that the car was stolen and subsequently recovered in April 2020, and subsequent work included repairing the SOS system and wiring as well as the dashboard and center console. The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 77k miles, approximately 24k miles of which were added under current ownership. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and it was modified with a VF supercharger kit in 2018, which included a Vortec V-3 supercharger, revised engine management software, and an air-to-water charge cooler. A stainless-steel cat-back exhaust system with a 2.5″ X-pipe and 63mm remote-controlled valves was installed in 2018, and additional maintenance during that year consisted of replacing the thermostat and fuel pump. The rod bearings were replaced in May 2019, and the idle control valve, fuel tank vent valve, throttle body actuators, and oxygen sensors were replaced between 2020 and 2021. Blackstone oil analysis reports are viewable in the gallery below. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. The removed stock intake components, uninstalled replacement parts, and service records are included in the sale. The Carfax report lists the aforementioned damage and theft reports along with multiple failed emissions inspections.
