Description

This 2010 BMW M3 Sedan was originally delivered to Autobahn Motorcars of Fort Worth and remained registered in Texas before being acquired by the seller in California in 2019. Now showing 25k miles, the car is powered by a 4.0-liter S65 V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and is finished in Melbourne Red Metallic over a black leather interior. Paint protection film and ceramic window tint have been applied, while factory equipment includes electronic damping control, an Active-M differential, and adaptive xenon headlights. This E90 M3 is now offered for sale with an owner’s manual, factory booklets, a window sticker, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name. The exterior is finished in Melbourne Red Metallic (A75) with Shadowline trim and features M3-specific bodywork, including widened fender arches. Ceramic tint has been applied to the windows, and paint protection film covers the front bumper, hood, headlights, fenders, and rocker panels. Scratches on the driver-side rear door and quarter panel were repaired and refinished in 2011. Paint chips are pointed out by the seller in the image gallery below. Factory 18″ Style 219M wheels are finished in Ferric Gray and wear Michelin Pilot Sport tires that show date codes from 2009. The interior is upholstered in Black Novillo leather with rubber mats lining the footwells and brushed aluminum trim on the dash and door panels. The car was optioned without a navigation system and came from the factory with a sunroof, power seats with adjustable lumbar, and a premium audio system, the latter of which has been upgraded with speakers and subwoofers from Bavarian Soundwerks. The seller notes coding changes for convenience features and states that the M-Dynamic Mode has been retrofitted and that the  transmission tune has also been coded to European-spec. A 200-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,400-rpm redline sit behind a leather-wrapped steering wheel with paddle shifters. Over 25k miles are shown on the digital odometer, approximately 5k of which have been added by the seller. The 4.o-liter S65 V8 produced 414 horsepower at 8,300 rpm and 295 lb-ft of torque at 3,900 rpm when new, which is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. A service spreadsheet is provided in the image gallery, and highlights include replacement of the vacuum pump and battery in 2018 as well as an oil change in December 2019. A recall for the positive battery terminal was reportedly addressed in September 2019. Additional photos of the underside are also provided in the image gallery. The original window sticker shows factory options, EPA-rated fuel economy, and a total retail price of $64,800. The April 2020 Carfax report lists no accidents or other damage and displays registration in Texas and California through its most recent entry in September 2019.
