Description

This 2009 BMW M3 convertible is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 fitted with an ESS Tuning supercharger and linked with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. It is finished in Jerez Black Metallic over black Novillo leather and has been further modified with Brembo brakes, 18” Apex wheels, and a carbon-fiber rear spoiler and front splitters. Additional features include a retractable hardtop, a limited-slip differential, parking sensors, heated front seats, and navigation. The car was acquired by the seller in 2024 and now has 94k miles. Work in 2025 is said to have included replacing the transmission pan, supercharger belt, accessory belt, oil filter housing gasket, motor mounts, and tires. This E93 M3 is offered at no reserve with an accident-free Carfax report and a clean West Virginia title in the seller’s name. The car is finished in Jerez Black Metallic (A73) and features a retractable hardtop and adaptive xenon headlights as well as rain-sensing wipers, retractable headlight washers, power-folding side mirrors, rear parking sensors, and quadruple exhaust outlets. A carbon-fiber rear spoiler and front splitters have been installed. The seller notes that holes in the trunk lid from a previously installed spoiler have been repaired. There is a chip in the windshield. The 18” Apex wheels are mounted with Kenda tires that were installed in 2025. Brembo brakes with red calipers have been installed at the front and rear. The car features Electronic Damping Control (EDC). The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in Black Novillo leather, and Carbon Structure Leather trim accents the dashboard and doors. Amenities include iDrive with navigation, Comfort Access keyless entry, a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. The multifunction leather-wrapped steering wheel features paddle shifters along with tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. Additional readouts are located in the center console. The digital odometer indicates 94k miles, approximately 900 of which were added under current ownership. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 was fitted with an ESS Tuning supercharger under previous ownership. The rod bearings were reportedly replaced at 77k miles. According to the seller, the spark plugs and valve cover gaskets were replaced in 2024, and the supercharger belt, accessory belt, oil filter housing gasket, and motor mounts were replaced in 2025. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. The differential was replaced in 2019, according to the Carfax report. The seller says an upgraded transmission pan was installed in 2025. The Carfax report notes at least one open recall.
