Description
This 2009 BMW M3 convertible is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and is finished in black over Bamboo Beige Novillo leather. It is equipped with 19″ Style 359 wheels, a retractable hardtop, a limited-slip differential, adaptive xenon headlights, heated power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, a CD stereo, and cruise control. The car was acquired by the selling dealer in 2023, and service in preparation for the sale included replacing the engine block, crankshaft, rod bearing, main bearing, and cylinder head gaskets. This E93 M3 has 82k miles and is now offered in California at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, a Carfax report, and a clean Maryland title. The car is finished in black and features a retractable hardtop and adaptive xenon headlights as well as rain-sensing wipers and quadruple exhaust outlets. The Carfax report notes damage to the rear in July 2019, and the selling dealer states the rear bumper cover was repainted. Photos of paint meter readings can be seen in the gallery. The black-finished 19″ Style 359 wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact DWS tires measuring 245/35 up front and 265/35 out back. The car features Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), and braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. The front heated power-adjustable sport seats are trimmed in Bamboo Beige Novillo leather, and Carbon Structure Leather trim accents the dashboard and doors. Amenities include driver seat memory settings, a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, M3-branded floor mats, navigation, and cruise control. Wear is visible on the driver seat upholstery and rear center console trim. The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel features paddle shifters and tri-color stitching, and instrumentation includes an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 82k miles. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The engine block was replaced according to the seller, and service in July 2023 included replacing the crankshaft, ACL rod bearing, main bearing, cylinder head gaskets, and conversion gasket. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery. Manufacturer’s literature and partial service records are included in the sale. The Carfax report shows the aforementioned damage entry in 2019 and lists history in Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and California.
