BMW M3 2009 (E92)

Description

This 2009 BMW M3 coupe is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and a variable locking differential, and it is finished in Space Grey Metallic over Palladium Silver Novillo leather. Equipment includes the Cold Weather, Premium, and Technology packages along with an Enhanced Premium Sound system, rear Park Distance Control, BPM Sport software, carbon-fiber spoilers, 19″ Style 359 wheels, and an M Performance steering wheel and exhaust system. The car was first delivered to BMW of Eugene in Oregon, and it remained registered in the state until its acquisition by the seller on BaT in October 2021. Subsequent work is said to include rod bearing and throttle actuator services, replacing the tires, and installing an Eventuri carbon-fiber plenum was installed. This E92 M3 now has 10k miles and is offered with removed parts, a window sticker, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the owner’s name. The car is finished in Space Grey Metallic with Shadowline trim, and equipment includes adaptive xenon headlights as well as rain-sensing wipers, power-folding mirrors, a carbon-fiber roof panel, rear parking sensors, and quadruple exhaust outlets. The seller installed later-style LED taillights as well as an M Performance carbon-fiber rear lip spoiler, and carbon-fiber splitters have been installed on the front bumper along with body-color reflectors. Paint protection film has been applied. Style 359 19″ wheels are mounted with spacers, and Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires measuring 255/35 up front and 275/35 out back were fitted in November 2021. The car is equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), and braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. The heated and power-adjustable sport seats are upholstered in Palladium Silver Novillo leather, and carbon-look leather trim accents the dashboard, center console, and doors. Amenities include iDrive with navigation, Comfort Access keyless entry, a CD stereo, a power rear sunshade, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. A hardwired Valentine radar detector has been added along with a Combox for BMW apps, and the seller states that the satellite radio function is disabled and the center console charge point does not work. The Alcantara-wrapped M Performance steering wheel fronts paddle shifters, a 200-mph speedometer, and an M-branded tachometer. The odometer indicates 10k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing, and it has been modified with BPM Sport engine software as well as an Eventuri carbon-fiber intake plenum. The rod bearings,  throttle actuators, oil pan gasket, and engine mounts were replaced in November 2021, and a Macht Schnell underdrive pulley set and intake were installed. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and a variable locking differential, and BPM Sport transmission control software has been added. An M Performance exhaust system has been added. The window sticker lists standard and optional equipment, initial delivery to BMW of Eugene in Oregon, and a suggested retail price of $75,120. Various spare and removed components are also included in the sale and shown further in the gallery below. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in ­­­Oregon and California.
