Description
This 2009 BMW M3 coupe was purchased new by the seller, reportedly through BMW’s European delivery program, and it has 30k miles following registration history in Texas. Modifications include a VF Engineering supercharger, a Borla dual-exhaust system, a carbon-fiber rear diffuser, black-finished 19″ Vortseiner forged wheels, and a copper and matte black vinyl wrap. The car is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, and equipment includes a limited-slip differential, adaptive xenon headlights, parking sensors, heated power-adjustable front seats, navigation, and dual-zone automatic climate control. This E92 M3 is now offered with service records, a spare set of wheels, spare parts, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name. The car is finished in Melbourne Red, and it wears a copper and matte black vinyl wrap. A Vortseiner carbon-fiber rear diffuser has been added, and additional exterior features include adaptive xenon headlights as well as rain-sensing wipers, Shadowline trim, a glass sunroof, rear parking sensors, and quadruple exhaust outlets. The Carfax report shows that a December 2014 accident involving another vehicle resulted in “minor to moderate damage” to the front and rear. The hood, front bumper cover, trunk lid, right headlight, taillights, and kidney grilles were subsequently replaced in March 2015. Black-finished 19″ Vortseiner V-FF forged wheels are mounted with Hankook Ventus V12 Evo tires that were installed in May 2020. The car features Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). Braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. A set of 19″ Style 220 wheels wearing Michelin tires is included in the sale. The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in black Novillo leather, and Carbon Structure Leather trim accents the dashboard and doors. Amenities include iDrive with navigation, Comfort Access keyless entry, a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. The rear sunshade does not work. The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel features paddle shifters along with tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded 9k-rpm tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 30k miles. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The radiator and radiator support were replaced as part of the repair following the 2014 accident. The Borla dual-exhaust system and VF Engineering supercharger were fitted in March 2015 and July 2017, respectively. Work in May 2019 included replacing filters, a valve body cover gasket, and the oil pan, wiring harness, spark plugs, and fuel filter and pressure regulator. Removed parts are included in the sale. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. The transmission fluid was changed in May 2019. The Carfax report shows the aforementioned accident and lists registration history in Texas. An open recall pertaining to the positive battery cable is noted in a June 2019 entry.
