Description

This 2009 BMW M3 coupe was first delivered to Desert BMW of Las Vegas, and it resided in Nevada until the seller purchased it from its reported second owner in 2021. The car is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and a variable locking differential, and it is finished in Jet Black over black leather. Equipment includes the Cold Weather, Premium, and Technology packages, along with a sunroof, cruise control, enhanced premium sound with iPod and USB adapters, and a power rear sunshade. The front tires were replaced in March 2021 and the spark plugs were replaced the following month. This E92 M3 has 61k miles and is offered with a window sticker, service receipts, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name. The car is finished in Jet Black (668), and it features retractable headlight washers, power folding mirrors, a sunroof, and quadruple exhaust outlets. A chip is visible on the lower edge of the front bumper cover. Staggered-width 19″ wheels wear Michelin Pilot Sport tires measuring 245/35 in front and 265/35 out back. The front tires were replaced in March 2021. Electronic Damping Control was included with the technology package, and braking is handled by anti-lock disc brakes with ventilated and cross-drilled rotors. The seats are upholstered in black Novillo leather that extends to the door panels and center console, and they are accompanied by matching carpets and carbon leather dashboard trim. Equipment includes power-operated and heated front seats, cruise control, automatic climate control, enhanced premium sound with iPod and USB adapters, navigation, and a power-operated rear sunshade. A multi-function M sport steering wheel with paddle shifters fronts the M-design instrument cluster that includes a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and fuel level and coolant temperature gauges. The digital odometer indicates 61k miles, approximately 3k of which were added by the seller. The 4.0-liter S65 32-valve V8 was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The spark plugs were replaced in April 2021. Maintenance receipts are shown in the gallery. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and a variable locking differential. Additional photos of the underside are provided in the gallery. The window sticker shows initial delivery to Desert BMW of Las Vegas and lists factory equipment and colors and a total suggested retail price of $74,070. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history with three owners in Nevada and California.
