Description
This 2009 BMW M3 coupe is finished in Alpine White over Fox Red Novillo leather and is powered by a 4.0-liter S65 V8 linked with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and a limited-slip differential. Modifications include a Valvetronic exhaust, a lowered suspension, 18″ Avant Garde wheels, later-model taillights, and a carbon-fiber rear spoiler and diffuser. Retained factory equipment includes the Premium and Technology packages as well as Electronic Damping Control, xenon headlights, dual-zone automatic climate control, and iDrive with navigation. The car has spent time in Florida, Illinois, and Vermont where the seller purchased it in October 2022, and they have since added approximately 2k of the 95k indicated miles. This E92 M3 is now offered with the owner’s manual, service records, spare parts, a car cover, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Vermont title in the seller’s name. The car is finished in Alpine White (300) and features Shadowline trim, a glass sunroof, rear parking sensors, power-folding mirrors, adaptive xenon headlights, and quadruple exhaust outlets. Exterior modifications include a carbon-fiber trunk lid spoiler, black kidney grilles, later-model LED taillights, and white Lux Angel Eyes daytime running lights. The front side reflectors have been covered with body-color trim. The Carfax report notes that the car was repossessed in March 2011, October 2016, and October 2017. The passenger-side lower opening on the front bumper cover is cracked, a touched-up blemish is noted on the hood, and the aftermarket carbon-fiber rear diffuser is misaligned and damaged. Bronze-finished 18×8.5″ front and 18×9.5″ rear Avant Garde M359-style wheels are mounted with 245/40 Sumitomo HTR Z5 front and 265/40 Sumitomo HTR ZIII rear tires. Electronic Damping Control (EDC) and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) were equipped from the factory, and the car has been lowered. Braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. Aftermarket M stickers have been added to the front calipers. The power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in Fox Red Novillo leather, and Carbon Structure Leather trim accents the dashboard and doors. Amenities include Comfort Access, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, and iDrive with navigation. A Valentine One radar detector system is installed. The left-front airbag was replaced in 2018 and the blower motor wiring was replaced in 2019. The front seats are worn and the seller notes a broken center console component and an inoperative driver-side seatbelt extender system. The Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel was sourced from Mishimarho and features tri-color stitching as well as paddle shifters with aftermarket carbon-fiber extensions. Instrumentation consists of an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 95k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. Records indicate that VAC-coated rod bearings were installed along with ARP bolts and a replacement belt, pulleys, and engine mounts in March 2019. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. A Valvetronic Designs valved exhaust system is installed. The removed factory exhaust system, steering wheel, and 18″ Style 219 wheels are included in the sale along with a car cover and service records. The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage and notes the aforementioned repossession entries.
