Description
This 2009 BMW M3 coupe was ordered without iDrive and is equipped with a carbon-fiber roof panel, a carbon-fiber Dinan air-intake system, 18″ Style 219 wheels, a limited-slip differential, adaptive xenon headlights, and heated front sport seats. The car spent time in New York, New Jersey, and California before the seller’s December 2022 acquisition, and they have since added approximately 1k of the 42k indicated miles. It is powered by a 4.0-liter S65 V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and is finished in Alpine White III over anthracite Speed Cloth and black Novillo leather. This E92 M3 is now offered with the owner’s manual, one key, replacement rod bearings and bolts, the removed factory intake, and a clean California title in the seller’s name. The car is finished in Alpine White III and features Shadowline trim and adaptive xenon headlights as well as rain-sensing wipers, a carbon-fiber roof panel, a trunk lid spoiler, and quadruple exhaust outlets. The Carfax report notes that the rear of the car sustained “minor damage” in November 2019 and “minor damage” again in a June 2022 accident with no additional information provided for either occurrence. The seller notes a ding and chips in the hood as well as touched-up chips on the roof. The 18″ Style 219 wheels are mounted with 245/40 front and 265/40 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires said to have been installed in January 2023. The car features Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). Braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. The heated front sport seats are upholstered in anthracite Speed Cloth and black Novillo leather, and Titanium Shadow trim accents the dashboard and doors. This example was ordered without iDrive, and amenities include a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. The driver’s seat outer bolster upholstery has a crack. The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel features paddle shifters along with tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 42k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque and is modified with a Dinan carbon-fiber air-intake system. The oil was most recently changed in November 2023. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. Replacement connecting rod bearings and bolts are included in the sale along with the removed factory air-intake system, manufacturer’s literature, and other accessories. The Carfax report notes the aforementioned November 2019 damage and June 2022 accident entries and lists registration history in New York, New Jersey, and California.
