BMW M3 2009 (E90 LCI)

Description

This 2009 BMW M3 sedan is finished in Alpine White over black leather and has just under 99k miles. This sunroof-delete example has been fitted with H&R springs and was recently traded in to the selling dealer. Power is provided by a 4.0-liter S65 V8 paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, and more than 30 pages of service records from a New Jersey BMW dealer and independent shops are included dating back to 2015. In preparation for auction, the seller had four new tires mounted and performed an oil and filter change. This E90 M3 is now being offered with a Carfax report and a clean New Jersey title. Alpine White bodywork is contrasted by a carbon fiber rear lip spoiler and rear diffuser, and the car is not equipped with a sunroof. The attached Carfax shows a 2016 damage report, and dealer documentation indicates a crack in the right front fender and scratches on the front bumper cover. The seller reports that the bumper was repainted, and the crack is pictured in the gallery. The car has been lowered with a set of H&R springs. 18″ factory wheels have a dark grey finish, and new Kumho Ecsta PS91 tires were installed in preparation for sale. The right front wheel has been replaced, and both the left front and right rear wheels were repaired due to bends according to a 2016 invoice. The cabin features black leather seating surfaces, carbon fiber dash trim, navigation, automatic climate control, a factory stereo, and a digital multifunction display. Instrumentation includes a 200-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,200-rpm redline. 99k miles are shown on the digital odometer. The 4.0L S65 V8 was factory-rated at 414 horsepower at 8,300 rpm and 295 lb-ft of torque at 3,900 rpm. New throttle actuator motors and rear brake pads were installed in 2017, and a rear differential service was also performed as shown on attached invoices. In preparation for auction, the selling dealer had an oil and filter change performed by EuroSport of Westfield, New Jersey. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission and a Variable M-Differential Lock. Additional photos of the underside are attached in the gallery below.
