Description
This 2008 BMW M3 convertible spent time in Rhode Island and Connecticut before the seller’s acquisition in 2012 and now has 43k miles. It is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission and is finished in Silverstone II Metallic over black Novillo leather upholstery. Equipment includes the Cold Weather and Technology packages as well as 19″ forged Style 220 wheels, a limited-slip differential, adaptive xenon headlights, a retractable hardtop, rear parking sensors, heated power-adjustable front seats, driver-seat position memory settings, iDrive infotainment, navigation, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. This E93 M3 is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, service records, two keys, a Carfax report, and a clean Rhode Island title in the seller’s name. The car is finished in Silverstone II Metallic and features a retractable hardtop and adaptive xenon headlights, headlight washers, rain-sensing wipers, rear parking sensors, vented front fenders, and quadruple exhaust outlets. Rock chips are present on the left side of the hood and can be seen in the gallery below. The Carfax report lists an accident in October 2010 that resulted in functional damage to the front and left-front portions of the car. Forged 19″ Style 220 wheels are mounted with 245/35 front and 265/45 rear Michelin tires that show 2011 and 2015 date codes. The car features Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), and braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. Curb marks are visible on the right side wheels. The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in black Novillo leather, and Brushed Aluminum Shadow trim accents the dashboard, doors, and rear interior panels. Additional interior appointments include M3-branded door sills, iDrive with navigation, Comfort Access keyless entry, a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, driver-seat position memory settings, cruise control, and a wind deflector. The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 43k miles, approximately 20k of which were added under current ownership. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The throttle body actuator was replaced in October 2021. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery. Manufacturer’s literature, two keys, and service records are included in the sale. The Carfax report shows the aforementioned October 2010 accident and lists history in Rhode Island and Connecticut.
