Description

This 2008 BMW M3 convertible spent time in multiple states prior to being purchased by the seller in 2016 and now has 43k miles. It is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission and is finished in black over black Novillo leather. Equipment includes the Cold Weather and Technology packages as well as 19″ Style 220 forged wheels, a limited-slip differential, adaptive xenon headlights, a retractable hardtop, heated power-adjustable front seats, driver-seat position memory settings, iDrive infotainment, navigation, dual-zone automatic climate control, a LoJack vehicle recovery system, and cruise control. Service in preparation for the sale consisted of flushing the coolant and brake fluid, changing the oil, and replacing the battery, front wheel liner components, hood struts, air filter, rear tires, rear differential fluid, and spark plugs. This E93 M3 is now offered with the owner’s manual, updated navigation DVDs, two keys, partial service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New York title in the seller’s name. The car is finished in black and features a retractable hardtop and adaptive xenon headlights as well as rain-sensing wipers, front fender and hood vents, chrome trim, and quadruple exhaust outlets. A scratch is located on the right door, the right-rear quarter panel is dented, blemishes and scrapes are visible on the rear bumper cover, and paint chips are present along the edge of the left door. A replacement front wheel liner pork chop panel was fitted in March 2023, at which time the hood struts were also replaced. Forged 19″ Style 220 wheels are mounted with Continental tires measuring 245/35 up front and 265/35 out back. The car is equipped with Electronic Damping Control (EDC) and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), and braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates just over 43k miles, approximately 14k of which were added under current ownership. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed in March 2023, at which time the coolant was flushed and the battery, air filter, and spark plugs were replaced. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. The rear differential fluid was replaced in March 2023. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Connecticut, and New York. The New York title is listed as a duplicate.
