Description

This 2008 BMW M3 is a Canadian-market convertible that is said to have been registered with two owners before it was acquired by the seller in 2025, and it now has 70k kilometers (~44k miles). Finished in Sparkling Graphite Metallic over Silver Novillo leather, the car is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment consists of 19″ forged Style 220 wheels, xenon headlights, a retractable hardtop, parking sensors, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. Acquired by the seller in 2025, this E93 M3 is now offered at no reserve with a letter of US emissions and safety compliance from BMW as well as a Carfax report and Manitoba registration in the seller’s name. The car is finished in Sparkling Graphite Metallic (A22) and features a retractable hardtop and adaptive xenon headlights as well as rain-sensing wipers, rear parking sensors, and quadruple exhaust outlets. The Carfax report lists damage to the rear end as a result of a collision in December 2017,  and a “non-collision damage claim” and a subsequent repair estimate are shown in June and July 2023 entries. The seller notes that the former was the result of a parking lot incident and the latter was due to an animal strike. Forged 19″ Style 220 wheels are mounted with 255/35 front and 275/35 rear Michelin Sport All Season 4 tires. The car features Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). Braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. The seller tells us the brake pads, rotors, and wear sensors were replaced under previous ownership. The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in Silver Novillo leather, and Carbon Structure Leather trim accents the dashboard and doors. Amenities include a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. There are scrapes on the rear center console compartment doors. The multifunction leather-wrapped steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 330-km/h speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 70k kilometers (~44k miles), approximately 1,900 kilometers (~1,200 miles) of which were added under current ownership. The seller tells us that a check engine light was illuminated when they purchased the car, but it went out after a week of driving and has not returned. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, which is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. The Carfax report shows the aforementioned damage entries. The vehicle is being sold on its Manitoba registration, which serves as the ownership document in Manitoba, Canada.
