Description

This 2008 BMW M3 convertible spent time in California and Washington prior to being purchased by the current owner in 2022 and now has 86k miles. It is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission, and green vinyl wrap has been installed over the Interlagos Blue Metallic paint. Equipment includes black Novillo leather upholstery, the Cold Weather Package, 18″ Style 219 wheels, a limited-slip differential, adaptive xenon headlights, a retractable hardtop, rear parking sensors, heated power-adjustable front seats, an aftermarket infotainment unit, a ZHP-style shift knob, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. Service since July 2022 consisted of fluid changes in addition to the replacement of the battery, left-front brake hose, throttle body actuators, rod bearings and bolts, lug bolts, brake pads, and engine mounts. This E93 M3 is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with spare parts, two keys, the owner’s manual, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title in the current owner’s name. Green vinyl wrap has been installed over the Interlagos Blue Metallic paint, and additional details include a retractable hardtop, aftermarket badges, adaptive xenon headlights, rain-sensing wipers, rear parking sensors, a backup camera, an aftermarket grille, and quadruple exhaust outlets. Clearcoat failure is noted on the front bumper cover and side skirts, the front bumper cover is said to have been repainted under prior ownership, and a dent is located on the rear bumper cover. Photos of the car during the vinyl wrapping process are included in the gallery below. The 18″ Style 219 wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires showing 2019 and 2020 date codes and measuring 245/40 up front and 265/40 at the rear. The car features Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), and braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. The left-front brake hose was replaced and the brake fluid was flushed in July 2022, and replacement lug bolts were installed in August 2022. The brake pads were reportedly replaced in January 2023. The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in black Novillo leather, and Brushed Aluminum Shadow trim accents the dashboard and doors. M3-branded floor mats line the footwells, and amenities include an aftermarket infotainment unit, dual-zone automatic climate control, a ZHP-style shift knob, and cruise control. Damage is located on the right-rear interior trim panel. The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 86k miles, approximately 5k of which were added under current ownership. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. Service since July 2022 included changing the oil, flushing the coolant, and replacing the battery, throttle body actuators, rod bearings and bolts, and engine mounts. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. The transmission and differential fluids were replaced in August 2022. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery below. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in California, Washington, and Pennsylvania.
