Description

This 2008 BMW M3 convertible is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and is finished in Silverstone Metallic over Silver Novillo leather. Equipment includes 19″ forged Style 220 wheels, a limited-slip differential, xenon headlights, a retractable hardtop, heated front sport seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. The current owner purchased the vehicle in 2020 and has since added approximately 34k of the 62k miles. This E93 M3 is now offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner at no reserve with the owner’s manual and a clean California title in the current owner’s name. The car is finished in Silverstone Metallic (A29) and features a retractable hardtop and adaptive xenon headlights as well as black kidney grille inserts, rain-sensing wipers, and quadruple exhaust outlets. A November 2022 entry in the Carfax report notes “minor damage”, though no further details are available. Damage is visible on the left side skirt and on the underside of the rear bumper cover. The left side of the front bumper cover is not aligned and scratches are evident on the top of the rear bumper cover. Forged 19″ Style 220 wheels are mounted with 245/35 front and 265/35 rear Michelin Pilot Sport tires that were fitted in 2023. The car features Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). Braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. The heated front sport seats are upholstered in Silver Novillo leather, and Brushed Aluminum Shadow trim accents the dashboard and doors. Amenities include a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. The “DSC OFF” button on the center console is loose and the rear seat storage console door won’t open. The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel features paddle shifters along with tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 62k miles, approximately 34k of which were added under current ownership. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The fuel pump module, battery, and hood struts were replaced in September 2022. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. The Carfax report shows the aforementioned damage report.
