Description

This 2008 BMW M3 coupe was acquired by the current owner in 2009 before its 4.0-liter V8 paired was subsequently modified with an ESS Tuning supercharger kit, and it now has 37k miles. Additional revisions include bronze-finished 19″ VMR alloy wheels, blue-finished brake calipers,  a carbon-fiber front splitter and rear diffuser, an APR Performance carbon-fiber rear spoiler, vinyl quarter panel graphics, and Megan Racing exhaust components. Finished in Interlagos Blue Metallic over Palladium Silver Novillo leather, the car is also equipped with the Premium Package, a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, a limited-slip differential, xenon headlights, a sunroof, heated power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. This E92 M3 is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with an accident-free Carfax report and a Tennessee title in the owner’s name. The car is finished in Interlagos Blue Metallic, and a carbon-fiber APR Performance front splitter and fixed rear wing have been added along with vinyl hood and quarter panel graphics, rocker panel decals, and a carbon-fiber rear diffuser and kidney grille surrounds. Additional exterior details consist of Shadowline trim, adaptive xenon headlights, rain-sensing wipers, a glass sunroof, and quadruple exhaust outlets. The 19″ VMR wheels have been powder-coated in bronze, and they are mounted with staggered-width Toyo Proxes tires. The car features Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). Braking is handled by blue powder-coated calipers over four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. The Carfax report indicates a “Manufacturer buyback or lemon reported” in a February 2009 entry, which was related to an issue with the braking system, according to the seller. Brake repairs are said to have been performed before the car was acquired by the current owner. The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in Palladium Silver Novillo leather, and Brushed Aluminum Shadow trim accents the dashboard and doors. Amenities include a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, and all-weather floor mats. Wear is visible on the outer driver’s seat bolster, and bubbles in the trim are noted around the left door handle. The seller states that the key batteries require replacement. The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an aftermarket cover, and features paddle shifters along with tri-color stitching. Instrumentation includes an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 37k miles, approximately 30k of which were added under current ownership. The seller states that the 4.0-liter S65 V8 was modified with an ESS Tuning supercharger kit at approximately 23k miles, and the rod bearings are said to have been replaced at that time. The cabin filter was replaced and the oil was changed at approximately 37k miles. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. Megan Racing rear exhaust components have been added, and they feature blue-hue burnt tips. The fluids in the transmission and differential were changed at approximately 37k miles. The Carfax report shows the aforementioned manufacturer buyback.
