Description

This 2008 BMW M3 is a Sparkling Graphite Metallic-finished coupe that has remained registered in California through the seller’s purchase in 2022, and it is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission. The car is equipped with black Novillo leather upholstery, the Premium Package, black-finished 19″ forged Style 220 wheels, a limited-slip differential, Bilstein dampers, a MagnaFlow exhaust system, rear parking sensors, heated front seats, a carbon-fiber rear spoiler, and dual-zone automatic climate control. This E92 M3 has 128k miles and is now offered with a window sticker, spare parts, partial service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name. The car is finished in Sparkling Graphite Metallic and features Shadowline trim and adaptive xenon headlights as well as rain-sensing wipers, a glass sunroof, a carbon-fiber trunk lid spoiler, rear parking sensors, and dual exhaust outlets. Clearcoat failure is visible on the front bumper cover, the trunk switch does not work, and imperfections are highlighted in the gallery. Black-finished forged 19″ Style 220 wheels are mounted with Hankook tires. The car features Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), Electronic Damper Control (EDC), and Bilstein dampers, which were fitted in 2022. Braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. One wheel has curb damage. The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in black Novillo leather, and wood trim accents the dashboard and doors. Amenities include a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, iDrive with navigation, and cruise control. The steering wheel and front seats are worn. The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 128k miles, approximately 9k of which were added under current ownership. The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The seller states the VANOS adjusters were replaced in the fall of 2024, and a replacement clutch and flywheel were fitted in May 2024. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. A MagnaFlow exhaust system has been fitted. The window sticker lists initial delivery to Crevier BMW of Santa Ana, California, along with factory colors, equipment, options, and a total suggested retail price of $68,325. The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage. The car passed an emissions inspection in September 2024.
